Tipsy Taps Co was sparked by a love of beer on tap in early 2022 and by August 2022 we were ready to roll. We wanted a unique and convenient way of delivering drinks on tap for everyone to enjoy and with this, created our Self-serve Mobile Tap Bar and Cold Room all in one. Founder James Hayes, along with his wife Sarina, wish to make any event one to remember with your guest enjoying the novelty of pouring their very own glass of icy cold beer, spirits, wine, cocktails, cider, water and even shots!

Yes, we do the lot! We’ll bring the bar to your location, fully equipped for pouring refreshingly cold drinks. We can also handle the complete setup of any additional add-ons, such as glassware and ice buckets, and arrange for the pickup according to our discussion upon booking.
No we do not need to stay at your event! We deliver the bar ready to go and drive away. If you do need our assistance for any issues, please contact us and we will be there!
To provide tailored recommendations on the amount of alcohol needed for your event, we’d appreciate an estimate of the number of attendees. Our goal is to ensure there’s just the right amount, minimising excess after your gathering. In the rare instance of leftover alcohol, we can propose a weekend hire to deplete the kegs, otherwise, any surplus will be appropriately disposed of.

Yes we can, however prior to our pickup, please ensure payment is made directly to the pub. Unfortunately, we are unable to purchase alcohol on your behalf.
Yes our bar is available as an overnight hire. We’ll discuss delivery and pickup times upon booking.
No drinks are not included, we are a dry hire bar only. You are responsible for purchasing the alcohol in addition to the dry hire price. Nevertheless, we can manage the entire process for you, streamlining the experience, and all you need to do is make the payment directly to the pub.
Yes, we’ll require access to power from the time of delivery until pickup to ensure that our cold room remains operational, keeping your drinks refreshingly cold throughout the entire event!
Yes, we can provide RSA qualified staff to serve at your event.
Yes we do, fill out the enquiry form for a free tailored quote.
With 8 taps at your disposal on our Self-Serve Mobile Tap Bar, we are well-equipped to accommodate your drink preferences without the need for keg replacements. However, should you require a keg swap, a call-out fee will be incurred.
Yes, kegs will be gassed up and ready for pouring upon delivery. There’s no need for you to adjust any settings, and if you encounter any issues with pouring, please reach out to us instead of attempting to resolve the matter on your own.
You are more familiar with your guests! Consider factors such as heavy drinkers, light drinkers, and non-drinkers, etc. We suggest, on average:
- 50 people (5-10 drinks per person) 2x 50L kegs
- 100 people (5-10 drinks per person) 3x 50L kegs
- 150 people (5-10 drinks per person) 4x 50L kegs
- 200 people (5-10 drinks per person) 5x 50L kegs
- 250 people (5-10 drinks per person) 7/8x 50L kegs
Yes, the slushy flavours are all mocktails but simply add alcohol to make them cocktails.
Delivery is only available in the Burdekin. Events outside of the Burdekin will need to be picked up and dropped back.

Yes! We can make anywhere from 1lt to 19lt of whatever you want. You do not need to fill a whole keg.
